Well organised design
The bungalows have a bright living room, which is flanked by a half open kitchen, where the storage area can be accessed from. The hall also offers access to the first toilet. One large bedroom and two smaller ones can be found on the first floor, as well as the bathroom with a second toilet. And then finally we have the space surrounding the house. This is of quite a considerable size and can be designed by the inhabitants according to their own wishes. In reality the nature experience in these beautiful surroundings reaches far beyond the dunes...

You’ll always feel like you’re on holiday in colonial style
The first thing you will notice in Tulp & Zee is the bungalows’ colonial style. Beautifully finished verandas, windows divided into sections and a great deal of woodwork. The chosen colours also flirt with a glorious past. The outer walls are a mixture of dark red and brown brick work, plinths and roof tiles are either grey or red and the doors and windows anthracite. Just that little bit different every time, with unity in diversity being the attractive final result.
